Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) is a man who lives without a country and without a past after undergoing brutal training, which he does not remember, by people he does not know. It is a sophisticated human weapon, ceaselessly pursued by the CIA. After his last appearance he decided to disappear forever and forget the life that was stolen from him. However, a story in a London newspaper, which speculates about his existence, makes him once again a target. The Treadstone program, which created Bourne, is no longer in existence, but served as the basis for the Blackbriar program, developed by the United States Department of Defense. Blackbriar develops a generation of new killers secretly trained by the government, who believe that Bourne is a $ 30 million threat that must be eliminated once and for all. Bourne sees an opportunity to discover who he really is and what they did to him.
