Sinopse

Droopy is an American cartoon character, an anthropomorphic dog (*) with a slumped face, hence the
name Droopy (supposedly a Basset Hound, a breed of short-legged, short-legged dogs
created to hunt by the light). It was created by Tex Avery, from the short-lived cartoons produced by
by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's animation studio in 1943. Our character though didn't look like much
intelligent, was enough to overcome his enemies, and when he finally aroused his anger,
capable of beating opponents twice its size with a comical beating. He appeared by
first time, still unnamed, in a 1943 drawing, and only received the official name Droopy in Señor Droopy
from 1949.
