The Unbearable Lightness of Being

In the 60s in Prague, Czechoslovakia, Tomas (Daniel Day-Lewis), a totally apolitical doctor, has a hobby of having several sexual partners, but always avoiding greater involvement. But two women: Sabina (Lena Olin), an artist, and Tereza (Juliette Binoche), a waitress who dreams of being a photographer, will be very present in his life. But when they were hit by the events of 1968, known as "The Spring of Prague", when Soviet tanks invaded the Czech capital to end a series of protests, the life of this love triangle is affected, as their dreams have been destroyed and their lives would change forever.
