Freddy's Nightmares

In 2006, Wildstorm Productions, an imprint of DC Comics, acquired the rights to “A Nightmare on Elm Street” and, in October of the same year, began publishing a new series written by veteran Chuck Dixon with art by Kevin J. West. , Bob Almond and Joel Gomes, in addition to the covers of Tony Harrys (Ex Machina). The first arc, "Freddy's War", centers on a teenager named Jade, who moves to Springwood and fatally discovers Freddy's existence. After the first arc, the story focuses on the girl who helped Jade fight Freddy. The second arc, "The Sleep Demon", covers a group of social outcasts who mess with Freddy Krueger. The series ends in a solo story with Freddy doing what he does best: playing.
