Hemlock Grove is a tale of mystery, murder and monsters set in a city in Pennsylvania. The series begins when a young woman's body is found in an old mill. Some residents suspect someone who escaped the White Tower. Others believe the killer may be Peter (Landon Liboiron), a 17-year-old who tells his colleagues that he is a werewolf. Or it could be Roman (Bill Skarsgard), an arrogant man with problems. As the crime remains unsolved, rumors build up, and Peter and Roman decide to find the killer themselves, confronting the unspeakable truths about themselves and Hemlock Grove.
