Frank White is a former drug lord who was recently released from prison after many years of serving time. Released in a new world he does not know, the gangster tries to regain control of the narcotics trade in the New York ghettos, in order to redistribute the profits of his business to the less favored layers of the city. But this decision will not please other gangs, and Frank will have to face his rivals and the police in a bloody war.
