Sinopse
coming across a book in a hospital waiting room. where there were handwritten words on the cover saying "Living with Dying". and soon discovering that it is a diary kept by her popular and cheerful classmate, Sakura Yamauchi, who reveals that she is secretly suffering from a pancreatic disease and that she has only a limited time left.
