Sinopse
George Beard and Harold Hutchins are best friends who spend their days creating comic strips and dreaming up the pranks they will play. One day, they accidentally hypnotize the school principal, leading him to believe he is Captain Underpants, a completely silly superhero whose attire consists of underwear and a cape. As if that wasn't bad enough, their school's new teacher is a disgraced mad scientist who is out to get revenge on the school.
