Deep in the heart of New York's Chinatown, a millennial criminal threat grows, Triade, a ruthless network of corruption and power. The new head of the organization, young Joey Tai, decides that the time has come to confront the dominant interests, both Italian and Eastern, in the dispute for lucrative drug trafficking.
