Four years after an alternate ending to the series, somewhere in Thailand, Sakuya Tachibana leads a group of excavators and discovers an ancient monument. In the climax of the Battle Fight, Kazuma Kenzaki and Hajime Aikawa have their final showdown, where Kazuma made his ultimate decision to seal Hajime away and save the world from destruction. Four years since then, peace seems to have returned to the city. However when the Undead suddenly attack, Junichi Shimura, Shin Magaki, and Natsumi Miwa transform into Kamen Riders to fight them, sealing them away.
