A mysterious and deadly epidemic strikes Atlanta, forcing the US government to quarantine the city. Good-hearted police officer Alex Carnahan (David Gyasi), better known as Lex, is responsible for patrolling the area, where his girlfriend, the intelligent Jana (Christina Moses), is located. Among them is also Jake (Chris Wood), a former renegade who now acts as a police officer. Lex's best friend, he must protect the most in need, but his first instinct is to always save himself.
