In a forest the animals are agitated by the birth of a baby deer, Bambi, who was called "Prince of the Forest", because his father is the most respected deer in the region. Bambi, grows up, befriends other animals in the forest, learns how to survive and discovers love. One day hunters arrive and he needs to learn how to be brave like his father, to know how to lead other deer to safety.
