Orange County is a paradise in the land of the rich, in California. In the mansions behind the walls, everything seems to be perfect. When Ryan Atwood (Benjamin McKenzie), a troubled teenager who keeps getting ripped off, arrives in Orange County ("OC") with attorney Sandy Cohen (Peter Gallagher), he begins to discover that not everything there is so perfect as it appears.
