Hachimitsu Academy is famous for its strict standards and even stricter school rules, but it is making a big change this year. For the first time in history, they are allowing enrollment of boys. When Fujino Kiyoshi begins his first day at Hachimitsu Academy, he is shocked to see find that there are only four other boys in the whole school, making the girl-to-boy ratio 200: 1.
