Performance

The first of Jagger's many forays into film, the controversial Performance underwent several different montages until its release. A gangster (James Fox) sworn to death by his peers takes refuge in the mansion of a decaying rockstar (Mick Jagger), along with two androgynous girls (Anita Pallenberg and Michelle Breton), and there has his senses tested by a cocktail of drugs and perversion. At the same time, there is a clash between the gangster and rock worlds, with their differences.
