Perhan is a gypsy who lives with his grandmother on the outskirts of Sarajevo. In love with Azra, his dream is to earn enough money to be able to marry her. The tramp Ahmed proposes to Perhan to go to Italy in an attempt to make a quick fortune. The young man accepts, and when he realizes he is already a prisoner of a world without scruples, full of hurt, in which he does not want to participate.
