On a mission to the planet Mars two astronauts find a strange capsule against the ground of the
planet. They open and release the evil space witch Rita Repulsa. She wastes no time and soon
attacks the planet earth. To protect the planet, intergalactic being Zordon and his robot assistant Alpha
5 recruit teenagers Jason, Zack, Billy, Trini and Kimberly and give the morphs and coins of the
power to become Power Rangers, a group of high-tech arsenal superheroes who
have giant fighting vehicles called zords. After some reluctance, the group accepts the mission of
fight Rita and her evil horde. To defeat the Power Rangers once and for all, Rita creates the
Green Ranger, bewitching teenager Tommy and grants him a morph and a power coin to
Eliminate your enemies. But Jason the Red Ranger and team leader manages to beat Tommy in a
fight and break the spell, convincing Tommy to join the team. After a while, Tommy began to
losing powers, and after handing her power coin to Jason, Rita launched a mega attack on Earth with the
warlord of his general Goldar, but was eventually defeated once again. Soon, Zordon found a
way to restore Tommy's powers, and the green Ranger returns to help the team.
