The holidays have just begun and the parents of Carlinhos and Casca decide to take them to the Butantan Institute. There, they find Isadora and Chica. Strolling through the immense institute they end up with ghosts, until they discover that one of the ghosts is Carlinhos e Casca's grandfather, Reginaldo. The scientist then gives the children a great mission: to recover the Immunity Serum. But the children face numerous challenges along the way, among them, Barbara, the employee of the institute who tries every chance to discover their secret and win the position of director and also Pharaoh Sebecotepe I, who seeks the serum. In the search for the object and with the help of ghosts, children live a great adventure.
