In the mid-1950s, young Hogarth lives in Maine. When he suddenly encounters a gigantic robot of unknown origin, soon a strong bond of friendship forms between the two. However, as soon as the robot's existence is revealed, a government agent soon leaves in pursuit, in order to destroy it.
