Rio de Janeiro, 90s. Evandro do Dendê (Raphael Logam) is a young man from the Rio favela whose main objective when he turns 18 is to earn his own money honestly. But everything changes when his drug dealer brother is killed by police. Evandro decides to take revenge and kills those responsible for the murder, gaining notoriety within the command hierarchy. Meanwhile, alcoholic policeman Victor Morello goes to great lengths to put Evandro behind bars.
